MPS Partner Michele Shuster will be providing the keynote address on September 28 at PACE’s 2015 TCPA Washington Summit. Along with Jones Day Partner Shay Dvoretzky, Michele will be speaking on the status of the Appeal of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC) TCPA Omni Declaratory Ruling. With this ruling shaping up to be the most impactful and controversial piece of regulation since the Do Not Call Law was passed, you won’t want to miss it!
Michele serves as General Counsel to PACE and recently became PACE CECP (Customer Engagement Compliance Professional) certified.
