He counsels highly regulated companies on federal and state laws governing marketing and advertising, telemarketing, privacy, and internet practices, with a strong emphasis on proactive compliance and practical risk mitigation.

Chad regularly assists clients with developing and enhancing compliance infrastructures, including drafting telemarketing and privacy policies, preparing compliance manuals, overseeing state licensing and registration requirements, and developing proactive strategies to avoid regulatory pitfalls before they emerge. His ability to translate evolving legal requirements into actionable business guidance makes him a trusted advisor to companies operating in fast‑moving regulatory environments.

In addition to his compliance work, Chad represents clients in consumer litigation and enforcement actions brought by state attorneys general and federal agencies such as the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
