Mac Murray & Shuster Welcomes Attorney Greg May

We’re pleased to announce that Greg May has joined Mac Murray & Shuster as an Of Counsel Attorney. Greg will be working with the firm’s Cannabis, CBD, and Hemp clients, advising both licensed operators and ancillary businesses on how to navigate the complex, highly regulated, emerging cannabis and hemp industries.

Greg has been involved with Ohio’s medical marijuana program since its inception and brings a valuable combination of legal, entrepreneurial, and business experience to his practice. He has advised cannabis clients throughout the industry vertical on a wide range of matters related to applications and licensing, site selection, facility design and construction, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and more.

Greg’s diverse background includes previous experience as a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney, as well as co-founding a craft beer distributorship and owning a multi-unit restaurant franchise. As a business owner and operator for more than two decades himself, he has experienced the many legal and business challenges that our clients face on a daily basis.

Greg received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Cincinnati.
