Attorney Sandy Lynskey Appointed by Ohio Department of Public Safety to NMVTIS Committee
Former Consumer Protection Chief and M&S Of Counsel Attorney Sandy Lynskey has been appointed by the Director of the Ohio Department of Public Safety to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information Systems (NMVTIS) Study Committee. The Committee will be studying the advantages and disadvantages of utilizing information included within the NMVTIS system for the issuance of salvage certificates of title in Ohio, and will be submitting its findings and recommendations to Governor Mike DeWine and the General Assembly.
This is a highly controversial issue in Ohio, and we are happy to see Sandy recognized for her many years of experience both regulating and working with Ohio’s auto dealers.
