Betty Montgomery Inspires with Valuable Lessons Learned as Young Attorney

Of Counsel Attorney and former Ohio Attorney General Betty Montgomery recently shared her experiences as a young female attorney in her alma mater’s publication, University of Toledo College of Law Transcript. Her featured article, “Lessons I have Learned” shares her ten rules for achieving personal success and overcoming the barriers she faced early on and throughout her legal career.

A 1976 graduate of The Toledo College of Law, Betty is a pioneer in advancing women in the legal profession, serving as Ohio’s first woman Attorney General and first woman Auditor of State. She now focuses her practice on helping M&S clients understand and meet their regulatory compliance obligations and representing them before state regulators across the country.
