M&S Accepted to National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms

We are proud to share that Mac Murray & Shuster has been accepted to the National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF).

NAMWOLF utilizes a highly selective vetting process to evaluate firms for membership. To qualify, M&S met rigorous criteria, demonstrating excellence in quality of law practice and adherence to NAMWOLF’s core values. Our legal team is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and is also certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), two of the certifications required by NAMWOLF. In addition, M&S has been named by Columbus Business First as one of Central Ohio’s Top 50 Women Owned Businesses.

Founded in 2001, NAMWOLF’s mission is to promote diversity in the legal profession by fostering successful relationships among preeminent minority and women owned law firms and private/public entities. Law firm membership is comprised of AV-rated firms across the nation with a proven track record in the representation of major corporations and public entities. NAMWOLF assists its members in developing strategic alliances, coalitions, and affiliations with corporations, in-house counsel, and other legal trade associations.

We believe our acceptance to NAMWOLF and certification as a women-owned business is an important achievement to many of our clients for whom diversity has increasingly become a strategic priority and consideration when seeking outside counsel. In fact, it was a valued M&S client who initially brought NAMWOLF to our attention. We also appreciate the enthusiastic support and references a number of clients provided as part of our application process.

We are excited about the opportunities this new engagement presents for our firm and our clients. We look forward to applying our NAMWOLF learning and experiences to continuing to exceed your expectations through great legal work and outstanding client service.
