Serving as General Counsel and in other formal advisory roles, we help these organizations offer better service, stronger representation, and greater value to their members. We provide insight and guidance on their advocacy efforts, represent them in matters before state and federal regulatory agencies, draft industry best practices, and create regulatory guides and other resources. We monitor all legislative, regulatory, and case law developments daily, ensuring they are aware of and operating on the most current information available.
We also work directly with the association membership, helping to keep them informed, educated, and operating confidently in rapidly changing regulatory environments. Our attorneys frequently present at conferences and other industry and corporate events, delivering a range of educational initiatives, including CLEs and certification courses, virtually and in-person. We create and oversee industry self-regulatory programs that provide members with a platform of best practices, documentable procedures, and measurable compliance tools, helping them maintain the highest operational standards and keeping regulatory agencies at bay.
