Shuster Admitted to Two New Courts of Appeals

MPS is pleased to share that Michele Shuster was recently admitted to both the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has appellate jurisdiction over courts in the states of Indiana, Illinois and Wisconsin. Congratulations, Michele!

Shuster appointed to Community Authority Board

Michele Shuster has been appointed by the New Albany City Council to serve on the Board of trustees of the New Albany East Community Authority. The board will oversee projects within this newly created tax-assessment district that will include properties that are developed and underdeveloped.
